We hold Joint Promotions & Events, Roadshows, FAM Trips etc. with airlines to increase brand visibility, strengthen relationships and mutually develop and enhance business opportunities.
We work with our airline partners to improve business efficiencies by making available new functionalities and benefits to the Amadeus subscribers thereby increasing revenue opportunities.
We distribute airline content (such as fare & flight updates, new routes) through flyers, weekly newsletters, queue messages, social media etc. to our vast database of agents.
We work closely with the airlines and internal Amadeus teams, to address and resolve technical & functional queries from airlines and Amadeus subscribers.
